With the 12 Hour Challenge happening on 1st February, the countdown is officially on. Training is done, plans are forming, and it’s time to start thinking about how you’ll take on the day. To help get you started, we’ve shared a selection of sample Strava routes on the website. These are approximate examples only, designed to give you inspiration rather than

a fixed plan.

This event is all about building your own challenge. Athletes are encouraged to set personal goals, choose their own distances, and design routes that suit their ability and ambition. Just one important rule: all self-designed routes must stay within the event’s designated boundaries.

Whether you’re aiming for a big mileage total, breaking the day into manageable loops, or simply testing your limits, this is your challenge, your pace, your plan. Get creative, stay within the boundaries, and get ready to make 1st February a day to remember.
